After purchasing the Regainer, you will receive a DHL return label via email.
After we receive your used filter and payment, the WT Regainer will be shipped directly to you.
The shipping of the Regainer and the return of the used cartridge are free of charge.
The Regainer will usually reach you 2-3 days after you have sent the returned filter cartridge.

Note: We recommend roughly draining the filter cartridge before returning it. This should only be done via the two water connections. Never via the cap screw!
